Security: We securely manage and store your house keys in an approved key safe. Your keys are stored with a code, making it impossible to trace them back to an address.
Inspection rounds: We offer inspection rounds once a month, every two weeks, or weekly. During these rounds, we thoroughly inspect your property for any defects or damage.
Lock and alarm inspection: Our team checks all locks for any signs of forced entry damage. If desired, we can also test the alarm system to ensure it functions correctly.
Roller shutters and sun blinds: We test the operation of roller shutters and sun blinds to ensure they work as intended.
Water and electricity checks: We perform visual checks for water damage and ensure the proper functioning of indoor and outdoor lighting (if present).
Sinks and toilets: All sinks, drains, (outside) taps, and toilets are flushed for at least 5 minutes to prevent legionella bacteria.
Home ventilation: Upon entry, we open all windows and doors opposite each other to ventilate the home during our visit.
Storm checks: In the event of a storm, we conduct an extra check to ensure everything is intact and report any damage. Additional action is taken if necessary.
Mail collection: We collect your mail from the (outside) mailbox and place it on the table.
Photo report: We take photos of any imperfections and send them to you via email. You can forward these photos to your insurance company, if needed.
Plant care: Upon request, we water both indoor and outdoor plants during our visit.
Damage assessment: For each damage report, we prepare a report and communicate it to you for further action.
Pest control: If pests are found, we'll report them, and upon your request, a professional pest control company can be hired. For small issues, we handle pest control ourselves.

No, our cleaning person will bring everything needed for a quality cleaning.
You can pay using a credit or debit card, a bank transfer or cash. On request we can also accept payments via PayPal and BitCoin.
To cancel your booking, simply contact our customer support via email or phone specifying the appointment details (appointment date and your name/email address are enough). We'll confirm your cancellation via email. If your cancellation is made no later than 48 hours before the original cleaning date, you'll receive 100% of your money back.
We will do our best to find all that you noted in your list. Unfortunately sometimes some items can be out of stock in local supermarkets and shops. In this case depending on your choice we will either purchase a similar item or delete this position from a shopping list.
We are available 24/7, 365 for emergency response, and our office is open Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00.
All jobs are followed up with a Job Report which is emailed to you or sent via WhatsApp once the job is completed.
Normally our contracts are annual. However if you need another duration, let us know your situation and wishes and we will do our best to meet your expectations and needs.
